Deanna Jordan
Shannon Garlitz is the mother of two children, the oldest diagnosed with profound hearing loss at the age of 22 months. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Gonzaga University and is a member of the AG Bell Association, Idaho Hands and Voices and United Advocates for Children who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing (UACDHH) - an Idaho Coalition.

Shannon was introduced to Cued Speech in 2006 and is committed to promoting and supporting Cued Speech throughout the West Region.
