 Esther Rimer

Esther Rimer is a native cuer who was introduced to Cued Speech at age four after becoming profoundly deaf as a result of meningitis at age two. She is a native of upstate South Carolina, where she still resides after graduating from Wellesley College outside Boston, MA in 2007 with a BA in Liberal Arts. She hopes to become a bona-fide archaeologist in the near future, and in the meantime is currently working towards gaining NCSA certification to teach Cued Speech.
